PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
Production Management is the interpretation of the artists needs with the application of the producer's budget. This includes co-ordinating the equipment specification, quotation, contract, supply, operation, services and return of equipment in accordance with the Production Schedule and Production Budget.
EVENT MANAGEMENT
Event Management wraps the stage, holds and keeps an audience safe. This role also consults with LGA’s, negotiates with communities, organises licensing with event stakeholders, manages risk, plans, budgets, schedules bump-in and bump-out as well as acquit and report on the event. This includes organisation of fencing, site lighting, fire suppression, signage, toilets, waste management, security, vendors, EFTPOS and bar facilities, electrical supply and distribution.
SITE DESIGN
Event design is a planning and design process using 2D & 3D CAD drawings at scale, to model sites eliminating issues, prior to the build, reducing time spend and costs. The final plans form the basis of formal event applications and documentation required for Evacuation Plans, Traffic Management and Parking Plans.
LIGHTING
Stage lighting serves to illuminate the artist or work and create a focal point for the audience’s attention. Lighting is a gateway for the audiences emotions, combined with the music or performance of an artist dramatically heightening the experience. LED lighting provides a low cost, low power, high efficiency and high output light source, then add video projection which adds beam effects and movement , often with hypnotic effect.
STAGING
Staging extends out from the stage to FOH keeping the artist front and centre. Staging includes engineered structures such as ground support systems, roof, shade and cover structures, PA and screen systems.
AUDIO / VISUAL
Professional sound systems include audio amplification on a crisp and rich fully digital signal chain. Video visuals are an integral component of contemporary performance, so designing to specifications helps create the most appropriate outcome for your artist and venue, delivering an outcome that meets the budget and satisfies the audience.
DIGITAL CONNECTIVITY
The modern event site is connected to the internet. Distributed data via WIFI or gigabit LAN has become a necessity with EFTPOS for all sales, ticketing management for on-line sales, communications for the crew, management and artists. AUTOMATION
If you’re doing an event that has a set timeline for presentation or performance we use and recommend Show Cues Systems to easily create, edit and playback the cue timeline for your show. Audio, Image, Video, Live Sound, Lighting and automation of anything that can be controlled. We also work with Powerpoint and integration of presentation schedule and presenter materials to ensure seamless transitions between presenters.
